Terms of Sale

When you book a berth via oxelosundsgasthamn.se, you enter into an agreement with Äventyrsstaden i Oxelösund AB. The agreement becomes binding once you receive a booking confirmation by email.

Service Delivery

The service consists of digital berth booking. A confirmation is sent by email immediately after payment. No physical delivery occurs. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Swedish law (2005:59) on distance contracts, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, provided that the service has not already been used.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@aventyrsstaden.se and include your name and booking number.
Important: Cancellations must be made no later than 1 day before the booked date. If the booking is within 24 hours or the berth has already been used, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Services and Prices

We offer:

  • Digital berth booking in Oxelösund Guest Harbor

  • Access to electricity, water, toilets, and showers during your stay

You pay per night. All prices are in SEK (Swedish kronor) including VAT (25%). Any fees or add-ons are clearly shown before payment.

Payment

Payments are processed through our secure provider Nets Easy. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Swish

All payments are secure and encrypted. We never store your card details – they are handled by Nets Easy according to current security standards (PCI DSS).

Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect the necessary information to handle your booking and provide support: name, contact details, and booking history. Data is only shared with our payment provider as part of the purchase. You have the right to request a copy, correction, or deletion by contacting us at info@aventyrsstaden.se.
